All warranty periods start from the original date of purchase. All warranty claims are made in line with both your and our legal requirements as determined by the ACCC

How To Make A Claim

Contact Retailer

Call or visit the retailer you purchased the product from. Most of our retailers are independent so you will need to contact where you purchased the item.

Provide Proof

You will need to provide proof to the retailer that you purchased the item. Some retailers can help you with this via their Point-of-Sale System.

Retailer Connection

We have a great relationship with our retailers so they will be in touch with us ASAP.

Warranty Decision

Based on the information the retailer provides us we will make a decision to have the product returned to us for inspection or replace it.

Product Return

We have a back to base warranty so depending on where you are it may take a day or more than a week to get to us. It is a big country so please be patient.

Product Inspection

We will inspect the product within 2 business days, where possible, and determine if the product can be repaired or if it needs to be replaced or a refund offered.

Communication

Most communication will be through the retailer, but from time to time, we may contact you directly to discuss your product.
