All RPM Innovations products are covered by a one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase.
Warranty Conditions:
Warranty claims must be made through the retailer where the product was purchased
You must provide proof of purchase, showing the place and date of purchase
The retailer will assess the claim and liaise with RPM Innovations where required
This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
6. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to:
A replacement or refund for a major failure
Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
- Repair or replacement if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure
This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
RPM Innovations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the product or the cost of doing so
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
